Thruhike, shuttle and parking questions

My family and I are planning on thru hiking the MST this coming September and I have a couple of questions. We are doing it SOBO and need a shuttle from the southern terminus to the north, any suggestions? It would be helpful to leave our van at a trailhead or parking lot at the southern end, any ideas where we could do that?
